The right temperature

To maintain the good taste of the food it is important that the temperature must not be too low when serving food, whether it is hot or cold food that you are serving.

With electronic temperature control and high accuracy temperature is kept at the right level .

Handling of chilled food

SDX® Thermobox® has developed the technology to store and transport of cold and hot food products for over 50 years . SDX® Thermobox® S

  • The food should be chilled to the correct temperature before loading.
  • Place the box in the refrigerating chamber well in advance of loading.
  • The refrigerating plate should be completely refrigerated.
  • Load the box with food and refrigerating plate in refrigerated room (+2°C).
  • Do not handle chilled food in warm conditions!
  • Use a tight-fitting lid to avoid spillage in the box.

SDX® Thermobox® C och K

  • The food should be chilled to the correct temperature before loading.
  • Place the box in the refrigerating chamber well in advance of loading.
  • Chill, if necessary, with a separate unit.
  • Load the box with food and in refrigerated room (+2°C).
  • Do not handle chilled food in warm conditions!

SDX®THERMOBOX® E

  • The storage temperature of prepared food must not fall below +60°C. (see National Food Administration instructions)
  • Food should not be kept hot for more than two hours. (see National Food Administration instructions)
  • Food must be kept at the correct temperature before and during loading.
  • Minimise the handling of hot food at room temperature.
  • Use tight fitting lids to avoid spillage in the box.
  • The box must be connected up to the time of transport.

SDX®THERMOBOX® F

  • The storage temperature of prepared food must not fall below +60°C. (see National Food Administration instructions)
