As long ago as 1971, IDESTA became the first and only Scandinavian manufacturer to adopt the Gastronorm sizing standard, which is today the self-evident standard for all manufacturers and users of professional kitchen equipment.
The Gastronorm system is based on the basic module of 325x530 mm, the sizes of wich can be doubled or divided into two, three, four, six or nine parts.
